JOB DESCRIPTION

VaynerMedia is seeking a Senior Designer to join their dynamic team. This role entails supporting and delivering on core community and brand-specific campaigns, focusing on impactful design communications across diverse media, particularly social platforms. The position will involve collaboration with creative leads and cross-functional departments, assisting in the creation of presentations, developing design concepts based on creative briefs, and executing ideas across various platforms. This hybrid role requires reporting to either the Culver City, LA or Hudson Yards, NY office two to three days a week.

REQUIREMENTS

What You’ve Got:

• 4-7 years of design experience, particularly in digital/social strategies and campaigns. Knowledge of retouching, color correction, and color grading is a plus.
• Strong typography skills and mastery of Photoshop; proficiency in all Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• Strong design, editing, animation, and execution skills.
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI.
• Experience with illustration and video/motion graphics is advantageous.
• Experience in B2B campaigns.
• An understanding of UI/UX, and an interest in major social media platforms and their design capabilities/limitations.
• Mastery of industry best practices and a willingness to learn and articulate VaynerMedia’s unique perspective.
• A commitment to collaborating effectively and presenting to clients with enthusiasm and inspiration.
• An eye for innovation and trends in the digital space.
• Ability to implement feedback quickly and efficiently.
• Highly adaptable, willing to learn through trial and error in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
