Job Description

We’re excited to announce a bold new expansion within the Directive family: the launch of a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. This new venture will push the boundaries of social media marketing for B2B clients and will be a hub for innovative strategies helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences.

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who is excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising. You will craft visuals across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, with an emphasis on driving results. You should be eager to learn, experiment, and showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment where design directly impacts business outcomes. The role involves designing and implementing creative assets to use in A/B tests and other optimization strategies to achieve clients’ business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising.
• Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
• Support marketing with compelling creative that helps the agency stand out.
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets while creatively adapting to different segments and platforms.
• Understand business goals, target audience, and data points for A/B tests and designs.
• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights.
• Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback and data insights.
• Manage multiple design projects while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends related to CRO and user experience design.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on performance-driven creative and CRO.
• 1 year experience with motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign).
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics, such as A/B Testing and CRO Analytics.

Work Environment Requirements

This is a remote-first position that allows employees to work from anywhere in the US with the option of using state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. Some global opportunities may be available; candidates must have current work authorization in that respective country. This role can operate 100% virtually and requires reliable internet access and the ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
