Job Description

This is a remote position for a Senior UI/UX Web Designer with 5+ years of professional experience and a strong Figma background. The role focuses on design, including full brand identity development and digital asset creation for web, e-commerce, social media, and marketing projects. No coding or development experience is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and web design, with a strong portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma for design systems, prototyping, and digital asset creation
• Deep experience developing full brand identities and digital collateral from concept to completion
• Skills in responsive and mobile-first design, as well as accessibility best practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities

Bonus Skills

• Animation and motion design
• Experience with accessibility/WCAG standards
• Understanding of UX/CRO, basic SEO, or analytics
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop

Job Highlights

• Contract: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: 20hrs per week; Mon-Fri 9am-1pm EST (flexible)
• Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Ohio)

Scope

• Work during client’s business hours with high availability expectations
