Job Description

As a contract Motion Designer, you will leverage versatile creative skills to execute world-class creative, from conceptualization to delivery. You will act as a trusted consultant, bringing creative ideas and visions to life, with a strong mastery of type and brand. The role involves creating complex animations for various digital media platforms and collaborating across agency disciplines.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Create complex animations for a variety of digital media platforms.
• Capable of taking and implementing feedback.
• Produce content versions demonstrating awareness of end use.
• Collaborate and build relationships within and across agency teams.
• Maintain focus and quality of output while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience in motion design.
• Strong portfolio and reel showing proven experience in UI app flows and explainer style videos.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Good To Have:

• Experience in Cinema 4D and other industry-standard motion & video software.
• Problem-solving capabilities and an openness to learning the newest tools.
• Eagerness to collaborate with other creative people.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: $90 - $95 CAD (Hourly)

Base salaries are determined during the interview process based on experience, skills, and tenure for current CM employees.
