Freelance Fashion Designer – Lingerie & Athleisure [Searching]

Designer is needed in Mumbai, India.

We are Collective Artists Network, a celebrity management and brand-building agency. We are launching direct-to-consumer brands for top Bollywood celebrities and are searching for a freelance fashion designer specializing in lingerie and athleisure. In this position, you will work closely with our founding team on two new brands, creating mood boards, sketches, and tech packs. The role involves developing seasonal collections aligned with our brand and celebrity vision, coordinating with the sourcing team for fabrics, trims, and fittings, and supporting the product sampling and trial phases. The ideal candidate should have a fashion design degree (preferably NIFT/NID/Pearl) and at least five years of experience in lingerie, athleisure, or women’s wear. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW, along with a strong creative and technical sense and market understanding, are required. This is a full-time contract role ideally based in Mumbai and may require a hybrid on-site presence. Candidates should be open to traveling if needed. You will get hands-on experience in launching celebrity-led brands and be part of a dynamic, creative team.
