Job Description

This is a remote position located in Columbia, South Carolina, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including an hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to help the business reach the next level.
• Oversee and provide strategic guidance on existing marketing partnerships (Google Ads, Meta advertising).
• Manage daily social media posting and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Create fresh, engaging content, including videos and posts, to strengthen brand presence.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, including customer acquisition costs and reach.
• Expand social media presence from current Facebook-only to include TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Eventually take over Google SEO management from the current external agency.
• Collaborate with the business owner on marketing spend allocation and strategy decisions.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
• Strong background in social media management and content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google advertising.
• Experience with multi-platform social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Ability to analyze marketing metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with business leadership.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses preferred.
