Job Description

• Review and evaluate the app against Material Design 3 and Android accessibility standards.

• Conduct a Figma file review to assess design consistency, component usage, and adherence to design system principles.

• Analyze existing personas and user needs.

• Perform a product journey audit to identify friction points and inefficiencies in key workflows (e.g., order picking, tracking, and fulfillment).

• Review existing product data to uncover usability patterns or problem areas.

• Recommend and prioritize UI/UX improvements, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• Identify design opportunities that could streamline workflows or enhance user satisfaction.

• Create a Findings Report that synthesizes your insights, supported by visuals, examples, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX design, research, or product design.

• Proven experience conducting UX audits, heuristic evaluations, or design assessments.

• Deep understanding of Material Design principles and Android design patterns.

• Familiarity with WCAG / Android accessibility standards.

• Proficiency in Figma (file organization, components, and design systems).

• Strong communication and presentation skills to synthesize findings for design and product teams.
