Job Description

Successful small group of companies with a diverse range of business interests seeks an experienced digital marketer to assist in various online advertising activities, including:

• PPC advertising
• Social Media advertising
• Social Media engagement
• Marketing emails

This role requires a candidate with expertise in these fields who can communicate relevant statistics and recommendations in plain language to managers. The marketing strategy will focus on brand awareness as well as localized and wider-reaching campaigns. Understanding targeting structures is essential. The candidate must possess experience in media channels to maximize budget value and create compelling content that enhances the brands and includes clear calls to action.

The role is flexible concerning employment type, allowing for direct employment or self-employment/freelance options. Candidates currently employed in similar positions may apply for extra income opportunities during evenings or weekends. This position can be remote or in-person.

If remote, regular online review meetings will be scheduled. If in-person, work will need to be within office hours (8 am to 5 pm) in West Wratting, South Cambridgeshire. Own transport is essential for commuting from Cambridge, Newmarket, Haverhill, or Saffron Walden.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• Experience and understanding of online advertising channels including PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• The ability to report statistics and recommendations clearly to non-expert managers.
• Knowledge of targeting structures for both localized and broader campaigns.
• The tools and experience necessary to create effective content and marketing strategies.

Job Details

Pay: £17.50 - £25.00 per hour
