Job Description

Our client, a leader in the hardscaping manufacturing industry, is seeking a Copy Writer/Content Creator. In this role, the Communications Specialist will focus on producing a consistent stream of SEO optimized content across three websites. Responsibilities include researching, collaborating, and crafting various content such as blogs, case studies, and FAQs to improve website rankings. Additionally, the specialist will play a key role in enhancing the company’s social media presence, leading the Dealer Social Media program, and managing social listening across relevant social groups. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Social Media, the specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create compelling content that elevates the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or Marketing
• 2+ years of experience in copy writing, social content creation, and social media management
• Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills with attention to detail and brand voice
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web content optimization
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite for content creation
• Experience with social listening and social media management tools
• Able to successfully lead initiatives across a highly matrixed team
• Curious and enthusiastic about learning the hardscaping industry
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with a passion for copy writing and content creation
• Willingness to travel frequently across U.S. regions for social media event coverage
