Job Description

The Orca Creative Team is seeking passionate photographers and videographers to join our diverse network capturing weddings, engagements, and elopements in Washington DC. As one of the largest and highest-rated wedding photo and video studios in the country, we look for individuals who are eager to tell love stories and contribute to our creative mission. You’ll work contractually on various events with the opportunity to build your portfolio.

Requirements

You’re Perfect For This Role If:

• You are new to wedding photography and looking for guidance;
• You have shot at least 3 events in photography and videography;
• Experience with at least 1 wedding is highly preferable;
• You are a seasoned photographer/videographer familiar with professional equipment;
• You are excited about capturing love stories;
• You are willing to travel within 150 miles from the studio city base.

Your Equipment Requirement:

• Camera with dual memory card slots;
• Prime and zoom lenses with f/2.8 or lower across multiple focal ranges;
• Experience with Flash and Lighting Equipment;
• Reliable transportation for travel within 150 miles;
• Extra batteries and SD cards.
