Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework for backend/API development
• Strong working knowledge of MySQL databases and Linux environments
• Experience writing SQL scripts, stored routines, and data-loading utilities
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript for workflow logic and SaaS customization
• Familiarity with React for light UI adjustments and integration support
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, authentication standards, and API keys
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to learn emerging tools such as Bash scripting, monitoring utilities, and automation platforms

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL/orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.)
• Experience working with vendors and cloud-based SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Background in financial services, lending, or other data-driven industries

Your Role as a Software Developer

In this hands-on, impactful role, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain C# APIs and integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms
• Support and enhance a Linux-hosted MySQL data warehouse, including data-loading and transformation scripts
• Develop ETL processes that prepare and move data for analytics and reporting
• Configure and extend JavaScript-based workflows across cloud and SaaS applications
• Partner directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions
• Work closely with external vendors to design and deploy new system integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to integrations, data flows, and automation
• Document APIs, data structures, data flows, and configurations to support internal standards and compliance
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments to ensure reliability, accuracy, and high performance
