Job Description

This is a remote position for a UX Designer to support projects within the Origination space. The role requires candidates to be based in the EU timezone. The position offers rates up to 680 EUR per day for 8 hours of work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and synthesizing user research; creating personas, journeys, and actionable insights.
  • Designing information architecture (IA), user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; ensuring accessibility and usability.
  • Applying the design system; producing developer-ready specifications and proposing component improvements.
  • Planning and running usability tests; iterating based on evidence and tracking design decisions.
  • Collaborating with PMs and engineers on scope, handoffs, edge cases, and quality assurance; participating in agile ceremonies.
  • Documenting and presenting work; maintaining clear traceability from user needs to implementation.
  • Complementing the Lead UX Designer on the project.
  • Engaging with the UX design community by sharing learnings, aligning on standards, contributing to the design system and best practices, and leveraging peer critique.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in web design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing a complete project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping, specifically with Figma.
  • Excellent command of UX/UI design fundamentals and principles, including layout, typography, and image editing.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple features simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • A self-motivated, high-energy personality with a proactive, can-do mindset that enriches a dynamic team environment.
  • A demonstrated track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in gathering user insights using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
