Job Description

ONWRD Creative Studio is looking for an experienced digital marketer to help grow our e-commerce clients through smart, results-driven campaigns. This is an independent contractor role focused on driving online sales, managing social media, and producing high-performing creative content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Build and manage content calendars for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Help design or direct creative materials — visuals, short videos, graphics.
• Improve product listings and landing pages (Shopify experience preferred).
• Track results and report weekly on engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Coordinate influencer outreach and product seeding.

Requirements

• Proven success in managing e-commerce campaigns that generated real sales.
• Strong understanding of ad strategy, social content, and creative design.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Shopify.
• Clear communication and reliability — you follow through.
• Ability to work quickly and independently on tight deadlines.
