Job Description

As a contract Motion Designer, you will utilize your versatile creative skills to execute world-class creative projects. You will be involved in the entire creative process from conceptualization to execution and delivery, acting as a trusted consultant to bring the ideas and vision of our creatives to life. You will excel in creating complex animations across various digital media platforms while maintaining collaboration within the Wander team and other agency disciplines.

Requirements

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in motion design
• A strong portfolio and reel demonstrating experience in UI app flows and explainer style videos
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Experience with Cinema 4D and other industry-standard motion & video software is favorable
• Problem-solving capabilities and a willingness to learn new tools
• An eagerness to collaborate with other creative individuals
• Excellent communication skills

Please note that the position is paid on an hourly basis, with a salary range between $90—$95 CAD. Base salaries will be determined during the interview process based on a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the position’s scope and responsibilities. Tenure will also be considered for current CM employees.
