Job Description

We’re bringing a little holiday magic to life with a Christmas-themed pop-up bar — a festive, immersive experience full of lights, laughter, and cheer. We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Designer to help us transform a space into a winter wonderland that feels merry, magical, and photo-ready.

The Designer will lead the creative and spatial design of the pop-up, from concept to completion. This includes developing the overall look and layout, selecting decor and materials, and ensuring every detail contributes to an unforgettable holiday atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, mood boards, and sketches that capture the Christmas theme and brand identity.
• Create floor plans, renderings, and 3D visuals to guide the build and installation process.
• Source and coordinate holiday decor, lighting, furniture, props, and materials within budget.
• Work closely with vendors, builders, and the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee on-site setup and ensure the final space reflects the creative vision.
• Maintain safety and functionality standards suitable for a working bar.
• Help bring a sense of cohesion and storytelling to the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience in event design, interior design, set design, or environmental design.
• Strong sense of style, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and budgets in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or themed environments is a major plus.
