The Role: As a 2D Animator/Motion Designer, you will create dynamic and visually compelling motion content that enhances client storytelling across digital platforms. Collaborating closely with our Creative, Post-Production, and Strategy teams, you will bring industrial brands to life through engaging animated visuals, including logo animations, social content, and digital campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for various creative deliverables.

- Develop visual assets and compositions in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Design and animate video infographics, logo animations, motion idents, and explainer content.

- Use motion design principles to enhance storytelling and visual impact.

- Composite drone footage, 3D renders, and other video elements into seamless narratives.

- Collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists on motion design concepts.

- Write expressions and automate tasks within After Effects.

- Incorporate 3D elements and plugins within After Effects.

- Use secondary tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, and Premiere Pro.

- Prepare final motion assets for various platforms.

- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

- Stay updated on motion design trends and techniques.

- Assist in the development of visual concepts and storyboards.

- Other duties as required.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.

- Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, and 3D plugins is a plus.

- Experience creating video infographics, logo animations, and brand-driven animations.

- Ability to write and apply expressions within After Effects.

- Understanding of animation principles, design composition, and timing.

- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a team.

- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.

- A strong portfolio showcasing technical abilities and creative range in motion design.
