Line Producer is needed in New York City, United States.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Podcast Producer to oversee the production of an 8-episode podcast series focused on the intersection of science and community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of producers, audio engineers, editors, and crew, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and engaging series from concept to release. You will handle overall planning, development, and execution of the podcast, schedule recordings, manage scripts, interviews, and episode timelines, and collaborate with editors during post-production. This role also includes developing marketing strategies for the series, managing budgets and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with the series’ vision. The position will involve both in-person and remote work based in New York City, so availability for a hybrid approach is essential. Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a creative mindset are required. Experience in documentary, journalism, science communication, or multi-episode production projects is preferred.
