Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to help shape the voice, structure, and depth of a women-focused, multi-guest weekly talk show/podcast filmed in DFW. This is a creative-forward role requiring an understanding of women’s issues, internet culture, storytelling, and emotional intelligence. You will serve as the show’s editorial backbone.

Responsibilities

• Develop the episode structure, arc, and flow
• Lead research on topics (women’s issues, culture, relationships, health, etc.)
• Create cohesive show outlines with main questions + beats
• Conduct pre-interviews with guests when needed
• Deliver research packets + show notes weekly
• Run the room on shoot day (timing, flow, energy)
• Identify 4–6 clip moments per episode
• Collaborate with audio/video editors on clip notes
• Maintain episode quality, tone, and consistency

Requirements

• Have produced a podcast, talk show, or digital series
• Understand pacing, tension, vulnerability, and humor
• Be highly organized and strong with deadlines
• Have a passion for shaping conversations that help people
• Know how to direct talent with warmth
• Read the room and understand nuance

Additional Information

We are launching a new weekly talk show/podcast that will live online and air on local TV, focusing on smart, soulful, unfiltered conversations for women aged 25–45. Filming occurs every Tuesday or Thursday in DFW, and we are building a lean, high-quality team, hiring for multiple producer positions.
