Job Description

Successful small group of companies with a diverse range of business interests seeks an experienced digital marketer to assist in various online advertising activities, including PPC advertising, social media advertising, social media engagement, and marketing emails. This role operates outside the core functions of the business and requires a candidate who is knowledgeable and experienced in these fields, able to communicate relevant statistics and recommendations in plain English to managers who may not be experts but understand results. The marketing efforts will focus on a mix of brand awareness and targeted campaigns, both locally and on a wider scale. Understanding relevant targeting structures is essential, as is having the tools and experience to create content that enhances brand messaging with clear calls to action.

The successful candidate may work directly with the company or on a self-employed/freelance basis. This position can be remote or in-person, with expectations for regular scheduled online review meetings for remote workers or working during office hours in person at the office in West Wratting, South Cambridgeshire.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience and understanding of various media channels, skills in creating impactful content, and the ability to report on campaign effectiveness clearly. Flexibility in working arrangements is available, with positions offered as part-time, freelance, or graduate roles. Pay ranges from £17.50 to £25.00 per hour, with expected hours of 4 to 10 per week.
