Job Description

Nestled Together is a growing wedding photography company expanding throughout Florida. We are hiring for the 2026 wedding season and beyond due to increased demand. Our team supports artists and encourages sharing of socials, websites, and contact information. The lead photographer is a subcontractor role, compensated on an hourly basis, with hours based on client package purchases. Mileage reimbursement applies for round trip distances over 150 miles.

Lead Photographer Responsibilities

• Standing for at least 4 hours
• Directing clients for posed photos
• Uploading RAW image files within 48 hours of an event
• Storing photos for 2 years
• Reaching out to the client the Monday before the wedding date
• Communicating with the second photographer about major events for the day (if applicable)

Lead Photographer Requirements

• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays
• Dual memory slot cameras and a backup camera required
• On-camera flash and diffuser are necessary
• Regularly updated calendar with availability
• Reliable vehicle
• Wedding portfolio available for potential clients
• Professional profile image for client sharing and team page

Preferred Experience

• Proven photography experience with a strong portfolio
• 3 wedding seasons of experience for lead photographers
• Videography experience is a bonus
