Requirements

• Training in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field

• 3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio showcasing your role in each project

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Cinema 4D, and interactive design tools like Sketch and Figma

• Strong organizational skills for managing files and collaborating effectively

• A curious, fearless approach to problem-solving and storytelling through animation

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility to engage in projects at any stage and ability to work across time zones in a remote team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse, global team to create content and interactive experiences, including UI animations, storyboards, motion graphics, and 3D

• Think strategically and apply animation skills to solve creative challenges in a collaborative environment

• Work closely with design and development partners to produce engaging motion across all screens

• Demonstrate passion for motion design and digital culture

• Deliver high-quality work and contribute positively as a team player

• Engagements may vary, with many projects requiring full-time availability.
