Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Web Support Specialist who can manage and optimize our online presence across multiple platforms. This role involves maintaining WordPress websites, overseeing SEO performance, executing social media marketing, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent communication and reporting to the in-house Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including updates, optimizations, and content uploads.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
• Create and publish compelling content across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Support web development tasks, such as troubleshooting, layout updates, and website enhancements.
• Execute social media marketing activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring page performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and provide updates multiple times per day.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports for websites, SEO, and social media activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

RequirementsQualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress site management.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and best practices.
• Experience with social media strategy, management, and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
