Location: Livonia, MI 48152 (Remote - 5% travel)

We’re seeking a skilled Engagement Execution Specialist to join us. In this position, your primary focus will be on crafting and executing compelling digital nurture campaigns tailored to meet the objectives of our demand creation programs. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with US teams to ensure content localization and relevance while managing advanced marketing automation and email marketing components.

Requirements

• Education and Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of successful experience across B2B digital and outbound marketing.
• Experience with UTMs and funnel optimization.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of business-to-business marketing tactics, techniques, and strategies.
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Braze, Pardot, Marketo).
• Experience with social media execution platforms (e.g., Sprinklr).
• Basic analytics capabilities; familiarity with data collection and measurement techniques.
• Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency with web content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful).
• Strong knowledge of HTML code.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong process orientation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Normal remote environment.
• Webcam used to support telecommuting environment.
• 5% travel required.

Additional Information

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
