Job Description
Glow Co is an Orange County–based lifestyle brand that focuses on infusing personality and confidence into Pilates grip socks. We are seeking a freelance content creator who is creative, organized, and self-driven, capable of planning, creating, and posting content independently.
Responsibilities
- Create cute and engaging photo and video content for our social media channels, focusing on aesthetic-driven and wellness-aligned themes.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce short-form video content (10–30s TikTok/Reels style) featuring Glow Co socks.
- Shoot clean, aesthetic product photos or flatlays.
- Develop UGC-style videos (unboxings, ‘Get Ready With Me’ for Pilates, ‘come to class with me,’ POVs, voiceovers, transitions, etc.).
- Deliver content on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on the scope.
Requirements
- Passion for Pilates, yoga, wellness, or active lifestyle content.
- Proficient in creating aesthetic videos (neutral/pastel vibe is a plus).
- Knowledge of basic lighting, framing, and clean editing techniques.
- Reliability, creativity, and openness to feedback.
- Comfortable featuring themselves or shooting hands/feet POVs.
- Experience with UGC, social media, content creation, or personal brand creation.
Bonus points if you’re local to Orange County!
Deliverables
Creators may be asked to produce:
- 2–15 videos per month (Reels/TikToks).
- 2–10 static images (product shots or lifestyle photos).
- Optional: studio content, event content, Pilates class content.
Glow Co ships socks for free for all content sets.
