We’re looking for a videographer based in Hong Kong who is experienced in shooting performance creative for eCommerce. This project will support a brand relaunch for [vrsn], a footwear startup focused on pain-relief everyday sneakers.

This project supports a brand relaunch for vrsn, a footwear startup focused on pain-relief everyday sneakers. The shoot will be ~1-2 days, sometime Dec 5-9 (dates TBD) and involve a mix of higher-fidelity interview-style content and scrappy, mobile-first UGC footage designed for Meta ads.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help capture a range of performance-focused content across 1–2 shoot days, including:

  • Interview/VSL-style footage using a DSLR or similar setup (simple lighting, clean framing)
  • UGC-style, mobile-first footage shot intentionally lo-fi for authenticity
  • A variety of scenes—mostly indoor, with potential for outdoor depending on weather
  • Scripted moments, product-focused shots, and eye-catching hooks suitable for Meta ad testing
  • Collaborating on set with a small team using a prepared shot list (final details TBD)

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in Hong Kong
  • Comfortable switching between high-fidelity camera work and scrappy mobile shooting
  • Familiarity with the style/feel of Meta/TikTok ad creative
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and efficient with lightweight setups
  • Ideally has experience shooting eCommerce, social-first, or performance-style content
  • Bonus: Able to provide light creative direction from behind the camera and suggest ways to enhance shots for performance use

  • Shoot Window: Dec 5-9(exact dates TBD, but likely on Dec 5. 8. 9)
  • Duration: 1–2 full shoot days
