We’re especially looking to expand our freelance network in South America and are seeking seasoned motion designers to join our growing freelance roster and collaborate with a dynamic, international team on impactful projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and push the boundaries of motion design.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Training in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio you’re proud of and a clear explanation of your role in each project
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Cinema 4D, and interactive design tools such as Sketch and Figma
• Strong organizational skills to manage files and collaborate effectively
• A curious, fearless approach to problem-solving and a love for storytelling through animation
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to jump in at any stage of a project and the ability to work across time zones with a remote team

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a diverse, global team to create a variety of content and interactive experiences – from UI animations to storyboards, motion graphics, and 3D
• Think strategically, applying your animation skills to solve creative problems in a collaborative environment
• Work closely with design and development partners to create engaging motion across all screens
• Be passionate about motion design and digital culture
• Produce high-quality work and be a great team player
