Job Description

REMAX Acclaimed Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Design student to assist with a one-time design project. The selected candidate will update and redesign our existing logo to align with the newest corporate REMAX brand standards. We are looking for a fresh, modern, and unique design that elevates our existing brand identity while maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines. This project is hybrid, requiring one in-person meeting to discuss project goals and brand guidelines, followed by independent work to create an initial draft within two weeks and subsequent revisions if necessary. Our office is located on the south side of Bloomington.

Responsibilities

• Review current REMAX corporate brand guidelines and update the existing logo accordingly.
• Produce 2–3 initial design concepts for review.
• Incorporate feedback and complete revisions if necessary.
• Deliver final logo files in required formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, PDF).
• Provide source files and all relevant design assets upon completion.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience with logo design through coursework or previous projects is strongly preferred.
• Must have access to and be proficient in their own design software or tools (any platform is acceptable as long as it supports professional-quality output).
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual design skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet agreed-upon project deadlines.
• Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant academic or professional design work.
• Understanding of proper file preparation, asset handoff, and branding principles.

Compensation

$250 upon completion and delivery of final approved assets.
