I am a local writer in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and I am looking for a comic illustrator for a personal project. The project is to create artwork for a comic book format. This will be a single job with the potential for follow-up work. I require someone who can work in a hybrid approach, with some on-site presence in Siem Reap.
