Senior UI/UX Designer [Searching]

UX Designer is needed in Berlin, Germany.

We are seeking a senior UI/UX designer to revamp the user interface for our order management system used in teleradiology services for hospitals and radiology practices. Our current web application, developed by Philips, enables hospitals without direct system integration to submit and manage radiology requests, but the existing interface is confusing and leads to frequent data entry errors and inefficiencies. We have developed a click-dummy prototype outlining the structure and content of four main screens: Information Entry, Confirmation, Radiologist Review, and Decision Display. The project includes visual redesign and improving usability, while ensuring the interface is professional, intuitive, and modern, fitting seamlessly with the existing Philips application but still standing out. You will also refine and animate an avatar (AI-generated first draft provided) to guide users and provide feedback throughout the workflow. The new design must support both light and dark modes and be responsive for desktop and mobile. The engagement will be hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with follow-up work possible.
