We are Teleconsulta Portugal, a telemedicine service for tourists visiting hotels throughout Portugal. We require a reliable WordPress developer to create a new multilingual landing page with an integrated medical booking and payment system. The project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 (the current focus) includes developing a clean landing page with sections for a header, main call-to-action to book appointments, how it works, footer with legal information, and additional pages such as About Us, Contacts, and Partners. The site should be available in both English and French. The booking system should integrate Amelia (or an alternative), offer configuration of one online medical consultation service, and process payments through IfthenPay (or an equivalent that supports card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). An automatic invoicing system, for example with InvoiceXpress, is also required so invoices are generated after payment. The website must be responsive, fast, professional, and built using a standard page builder such as Elementor or Bricks. Phase 2 is to be quoted separately and will include affiliate/hotel referral tracking and dynamic pricing features. Please provide a detailed proposal for Phase 1 with timeline and examples of similar work, and a separate estimate for Phase 2. Post-launch support and bug fixing conditions should also be outlined.
