I am the founder of Hench Queen, a London-based women’s athletic and streetwear brand focused on a specific aesthetic and tone of voice. We are starting paid social ads and need a credible, independent Meta ads specialist who understands both performance and brand-driven creative. Our visual and tonal requirements are unique to our local scene, so we’re looking for someone with a creative eye and UK cultural familiarity—someone who gets the difference between generic global fitness imagery and authentic local subculture. You should also have strong technical skills in Meta advertising. I value autonomy and realistic expectations and am seeking someone who can quickly outline their pricing structure, including any retainer details, what’s included, and baseline ad spend requirements before we proceed further.

About the client
I am the founder. I have previous through the line ad agency experience but am new to the apparel industry and my social and meta ads knowledge is minimal. I am also not my target market so I would need someone who is and has an understanding of it. Very easy going and easy to work with, Ill trust your instinct and do have realistic expectations…I’ve years of experience of clients wanting to “make the logo bigger” and expect overnight miracles. I’m not that guy.
