This is a remote position.

In this role, you will create and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns that drive real business results for growing companies in dynamic industries. You will work with detailed client briefs, exercising creative freedom to develop compelling campaigns across Meta and Google platforms while adhering to proven processes. The position involves a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, covering everything from creative development to performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of creating compelling campaigns on Meta including campaign and ad set setup, copy, creatives, and video scripts.
• Ownership of creating full Google Ads campaigns.
• Optimizing both Meta and Google ad campaigns to drive more leads and better results for TDS clients, utilizing data for decision-making.
• Potentially handle video editing for campaign content.
• Understand each client, their targeting, and goals through effective communication to build foundational knowledge for creating compelling campaigns.
• Upload and manage campaign assets across platforms.
• Provide weekly reports on ad performance and optimization recommendations.
• Conduct keyword research and reporting for Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage and adjust ad sets for optimal performance.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Ads campaign creation and management.
• Strong copywriting and creative development skills.
• Experience with video script writing and potentially video editing.
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Highly proficient in Canva and generating still image creatives for Meta.
• Proficient in using tools such as Notion for documenting tasks and information.
• Able to work independently to complete urgent work identified through ad results.
• Does not rely on AI tools and reporting when generating information and reports from Meta/Google Ads data.
• Experience working with client briefs and translating requirements into campaigns.
