Position: Freelance Real Estate Marketing Assistant (Temporary, Contractual Basis)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Marketing Assistant to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is pivotal in elevating our social media presence and driving traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Conduct professional photography and drone videography of properties and new constructions
• Create and implement effective social media strategies to boost engagement and follower count
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Collaborate with the team to design marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Enhance our online presence and drive traffic to our website
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies
• Drive to various locations across the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) for on-site work

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms
• Strong skills in photography and drone videography
• Knowledgeable in social media analytics and tools
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
• Preferably owns camera and drone equipment
• Reliable vehicle for travel across the RGV
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Real estate knowledge is a plus
