We need an expert to configure and warm two brand-new subdomains set up in our Go High Level account, routed behind Cloudflare. Immediate access to both Go High Level and Cloudflare are ready, and DNS records can be adjusted as required. Once the subdomains are set up and resolve correctly, your main task is to ensure a catch-all email flow so that any email sent to anything@subdomain or anything@maindomain arrives in a linked Gmail inbox without using a full Google Workspace setup. Email campaigns will be run within Go High Level, and the primary concern is proper email warming and ongoing reputation maintenance, not general deliverability. About 34,000 scrubbed CRM contacts need to be gradually warmed with tools like Warmy, Warmbox, or Instantly.ai—the choice is open to your suggestion for the safest ramp-up. Both subdomains already exist for mastercre.com and hautrecre.com. Deliverables include two fully functional subdomains routed via Cloudflare and Go High Level, a verified catch-all email flow to Gmail, and successful execution of an email warming plan. Final confirmation will require propagation of DNS records, correct Gmail delivery for all address variations, and a report on open, click, and spam metrics showing healthy deliverability.
