Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm Eastern Time, flexible on remaining hours. Paid hours per week: 40 Hours.

Responsibilities:

• Write and execute email marketing campaigns including drip sequences and multi-touch campaigns.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to set up email automations in Salesforce.
• Monitor email campaign metrics and attribution to measure effectiveness.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts with 2-3 posts per week.
• Manage social media content calendar and workflow in Notion.
• Post in private Facebook groups using the owner’s personal account to generate handyman service recommendations, awareness, and community engagement.
• Create graphics and visual content using Canva.
• Segment customer database into prospects, customers, and past customers.
• Get campaign approval from the CEO before execution.
• Track and report on social media engagement and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience with email marketing and drip sequence campaigns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (basic level sufficient).
• Social media management experience, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation.
• Experience with Notion or similar workflow management tools.
• Strong written communication skills for email and social content.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
• Understanding of campaign segmentation and basic marketing metrics.
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized and willing to help build a process for our marketing machine.
