Job Description

This is a remote position for the role of an SEO Manager with a premier real estate agency specializing in luxury properties. The position requires the candidate to take full ownership of the organic search strategy, aiming for Page 1 rankings on Google for key terms.

Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT

Salary: PHP 90,000 – PHP 110,000

Holidays: UK Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at increasing organic traffic and achieving top Google rankings
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Optimise on-page elements including meta tags, headings, schema markup, and internal linking
• Oversee technical SEO improvements (site speed, crawlability, indexation, core web vitals, etc.)
• Plan and implement high-quality link-building campaigns
• Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices across all published material
• Monitor search performance using analytics tools and provide detailed monthly reports
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends

Requirements

• 5 years’ professional experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
• Demonstrated ability to rank websites on Page 1 of Google organically
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page SEO
• Expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
