Requirements

• A passion for photography, videography, and storytelling through visuals.
• Strong editing skills with proficiency in software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• A creative eye for capturing dynamic, action-packed moments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A willingness to travel locally for games and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of games, training sessions, and events.
• Work closely with athletes, coaches, and parents to create visual content that highlights athletic growth and skills development.
• Edit and organize photos and videos for promotional use on social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Just Ball Athletic Training team to ensure consistency with brand messaging and content quality.
• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.
