Short-form Outdoor Video Content Creator [Searching]

Content Creator is needed in Oslo, Norway.

We are building Kompanikollen, a new platform in Norway focused on practical skills, preparedness, and meaningful outdoor experiences. Our mission is to help people gain the abilities and confidence to take care of themselves and their families in a crisis, while also creating more positive experiences in everyday life. We partner with skilled instructors to teach preparedness, nature skills, safety, firecraft, orientation, first aid, and other essential abilities. Some activities are held outdoors, some indoors, all designed to make people stronger, safer, and more capable. We need a content creator who can bring this vision to life through engaging short-form video and storytelling. You will be responsible for capturing real outdoor moments—such as firecraft, hiking, teamwork, and skills—and producing TikTok/Reels/Shorts content. You should be comfortable filming outside in all weather conditions and be able to deliver weekly content in a dynamic, energetic style. The ideal candidate is Oslo-based, self-directed, has experience with fast editing (CapCut/Premiere), strong storytelling and hooks, action camera (GoPro) skills, and a social media content strategy. Drone experience is a bonus. You will work independently and film instructors and courses in forest/mountain locations with an adventure or outdoor aesthetic.
