We are Tempho Inc, a company based in Brampton, ON, seeking a skilled Photo and Video Media Creator. You will plan, shoot, and edit engaging property tours, interviews, and social media content to help newcomers and minority renters find their next home. The role involves both on-site and remote work, focusing on shooting property media, conducting interviews and testimonials, and creating content for various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and listing sites. We expect high-quality results delivered quickly, with strong file organization and use of AI tools to enhance workflow. The ideal candidate should have a portfolio of real estate or lifestyle media, be confident operating cameras, gimbals, mics, and lighting equipment, and proficient in editing with Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and optionally CapCut, Descript, or motion graphics. Creativity, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. Flexibility in schedule and a mix of field and remote editing are part of the position, with the chance to make a meaningful impact helping others find homes.
