Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our growing dance studio. This role involves capturing high-quality video footage, editing visual content, and producing engaging multimedia projects that align with our brand’s vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, proficiency in various editing software, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from promotional videos to social media content, in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Film and record high-quality video footage using professional videography equipment
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro
  • Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects and other tools
  • Manage all aspects of post-production including color correction, sound editing, and visual enhancements
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of final videos
  • Capture photography content as needed to complement video productions
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and photo editing tasks
  • Stay updated on current trends in video production, editing techniques, and multimedia storytelling

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, and Illustrator
  • Experience with video production from filming to post-production processes
  • Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics creation
  • Knowledge of videography techniques and equipment operation
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual storytelling
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative concepts for multimedia content
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Contract

Pay: $24.12 - $29.04 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
