Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual who can plan, film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. This role requires someone who understands modern social media trends, can work collaboratively with the physician, and can turn educational medical content into engaging, visually appealing media.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality videos in our Houston office (interviews, reels, behind-the-scenes, educational content, patient stories when applicable).
• Edit videos using professional editing software.
• Create platform-optimized versions of each video (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, long-form YouTube content).
• Work with our team to develop content ideas, scripts, and posting strategies.
• Manage and schedule posts across all social platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and voice.
• Track analytics and assist with content performance reporting.

Requirements

• Must be located in Houston, TX and able to work in-person.
• Proven experience in videography, lighting, sound, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the wellness/medical/education space.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Ability to turn longer videos into multiple short-form clips.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines.
• A creative eye, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.

Compensation

• Agreed upon monthly fixed cost
