Prototype in Glide for Values Discovery ToolUrgent

We are seeking an experienced developer to build a prototype tool that enables users to discover and prioritise their core values from a set of 70 values, each with a clear description. The system must be fully automated, employing filtering and pairwise comparison logic without any manual intervention before the coaching stage. The tool should guide users through reviewing and tagging the values, automatically filtering to generate a shortlist, and conducting pairwise comparisons to help prioritise their top values. Users will then receive a summary that aids in interactive coaching sessions. The technical stack should primarily use Glide for the interface and user management, Google Sheets for backend data, and Google Apps Script for automation, although alternatives such as Airtable and Softr may be considered if cost-effective. Deliverables include the Google Sheets data, Apps Script code, a fully configured Glide app, and complete documentation for setup and use. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in Glide app development, Google Sheets integration, Google Apps Script, and building no-code or low-code workflows involving complex filtering and dynamic comparisons. Strong communication and documentation skills are also required. The project has a one-week delivery timeline for a complete, working prototype.
