Podcast Editor [Searching]

I am looking for a podcast editor to manage the full post-production process for my conversational podcast. Episodes will be recorded using an iPhone or a standard voice recorder, so you should be comfortable editing raw audio from various sources. You will be responsible for cleaning up audio, removing fillers and long pauses, balancing levels, tightening the flow, adding intro and outro music, and preparing final files. Consistency in sound and pacing across episodes is important, even when recordings differ. I value clear communication, attention to detail, and reliability. The successful editor should deliver polished but natural-sounding episodes. Familiarity working with small teams and managing feedback to keep projects progressing is a bonus. Deliverables include a fully edited episode, a short preview cut for social media, and concise show notes summarizing key points. Episodes will be produced and released weekly or biweekly depending on the workflow.
