Job Description

Job Title: Digital Campaign Specialist (Mainly remote, but must be within range of the Malvern, PA office)

Duration: 06+ months Contract

Location: Malvern, PA 19355 (Mainly remote, but must be within range of the Malvern, PA office)

Shift: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay rate: $30/h

The Digital Campaign Specialist will support and execute multi-channel digital campaigns in an internal digital agency setting, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact on the digital customer journey. This individual contributor role will manage projects related to various digital channels, including search, advertising, email, and web design.

Requirements

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in digital marketing

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Science, Digital/Interactive Communications Design or related field

Must-have Skills:

• Experience in digital marketing
• Ability to support and implement digital marketing campaigns
• Highly organized and professional
• Experience working with multiple digital platforms
• In-depth knowledge of multi-channel digital campaign tool landscape

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with CMS platforms
• Operational knowledge of Percolate, Eloqua, CMS Scrivito

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult on customer journey development and campaign setup
• Ensure quality and searchability of content
• Coordinate campaign launches and content publishing
• Manage and deliver campaign analytics to stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions
