Job Description

This is a remote position for a talented Digital Content Designer to create high-quality visual content that enhances our brand across social media channels. Reporting to the Digital Content Producer, the role involves producing both static and motion assets, ensuring content meets platform specifications, safe zones, and social-first best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design and motion tools (preferably Figma) and video editing software.
• Strong motion design skills, including kinetic typography and animated overlays.
• Experience adapting content for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or similar platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Professional, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into polished static and video content for social campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits that engage and perform.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and commercial impact.
• Stay current with social media trends, content formats, and animation techniques.
• Manage multiple briefs and campaigns, delivering high-volume content efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve output quality.

Job Highlights

• Contract type: Independent Contractor.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm NSW time; 1-hour unpaid lunch, two 15-minute paid breaks.
