Job Description

Next Door Photos is a locally owned real estate media company serving agents across Middle Tennessee. We deliver high-quality photos, video, drone, floor plans, and 3D tours. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and people-first Media Pro to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, fast-paced role that requires professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication.

Requirements

Location: Must live in Murfreesboro or the immediate surrounding area.

Contract Type: 1099 independent contractor

Availability: At least 20 hours/week required, with opportunities to grow into 30–40 hours/week.

Pay: Average of $25–$35/hour, pay per job.

Gear Requirements:

• DSLR or mirrorless camera w/ wide-angle lens
• APS-C + 10–24mm or Full Frame + 16–35mm
• Off-camera flash
• Tripod with ball head
• Reliable vehicle + high-speed internet
• Willingness to get Part 107 drone license (assistance provided)

Responsibilities

• Shoot 3–7 listings/week, each lasting 40–90 mins
• Capture media (photos, video, aerial, etc.)
• Upload files by 9PM the same day
• Communicate clearly with clients and homeowners
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Follow shoot standards and quality expectations
• Keep availability updated via Google Calendar
