Job Description

On Board Experiential (OBE) is an award-winning, full-service, experience-led agency creating meaningful brand experiences worldwide. Our clients include renowned brands like Nike, Meta, and OpenAI. The position of Designer is integral to the Creative Department, responsible for executing creative elements for brand activations and events, as well as various internal and external projects. The role demands an adaptive and fast-paced approach, embracing interdisciplinary creative projects while maintaining a positive attitude that inspires others.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or related discipline.

Experience

• 2-5 years industry/agency/internship experience in graphic design for events focused on graphic production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design for both digital and physical applications.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Expertise in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficiency in presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Slides).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Dropbox.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Understanding of production practices related to print, fabrication, and installation.
• Knowledge of substrates, print techniques, print file preparation, proofs, and standards.
• Skills in 3D modeling software (Sketchup, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, etc.) are a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Experience with Dreamweaver and After Effects is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range: $66,560 - $96,560 annually. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, employer-paid basic life and personal accident insurance, annual profit sharing/bonus plan, 401(k), flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care, PTO, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
