Job Description

Nintendo of America Inc. is seeking a temporary CONTRACT position within the Communications department to maintain continuity across various projects, including the planning and execution of multiple influencer marketing campaigns. The role includes assisting with high-level strategies for engaging Content Creators, managing external partners and agencies, and effectively supporting product launch campaigns through influencer activations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deploying strategies for engaging with Content Creators.
• Calendar management including team and project schedules.
• Managing external partners for campaign execution.
• Responding to internal department requests, including vetting influencers and content routing.
• Implementing strategic campaign materials and coordinating game asset distribution.
• Supporting product launch campaigns and overall brand activation.
• Preparing reports and presentations on influencer marketing activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams on content marketing and promotions.
• Maintaining influencer management standards and policies.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of influencer marketing experience.
• Understanding of all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and Discord.
• Familiarity with influencer CRM tools like Creator IQ.
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, including visual presentations.
• Experience working in-house within an influence functional team is a plus.
• Experience with an ad agency on influencer campaigns is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA, and relocation assistance is not available.

This CONTRACT position has a base pay range of $40.00 - $60.00 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer.
