Job Description

Dot IT is looking for a REEL Creator / Content Creator who can produce authentic, trend-based TikToks and Instagram Reels with basic editing skills and the ability to create content independently from concept to final video.

Key Responsibilities

• Create authentic, trend-driven TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.
• Stay updated with current trends and transform them into original, engaging content.
• Appear confidently on camera, tell stories, and add personality to the content.
• Film, edit, and publish short-form videos with basic but clean editing.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and scripts for short-form content.
• Brainstorm and propose new content ideas regularly.
• Create engaging storytelling formats (day-in-the-life, behind-the-scenes, challenges, reactions, etc.).
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand tone and objectives.
• Ensure consistency in style, messaging, and overall content quality.

Location: Remote / Flexible

Requirements

• Strong camera presence and confidence in storytelling.
• Ability to create TikTok/Reel content independently (idea → script → filming → editing).
• Solid understanding of short-form content trends on TikTok & Instagram.
• Creativity in developing hooks, scripts, and storytelling formats.
• Basic video editing skills (cuts, transitions, subtitles, audio syncing).
• Ability to repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Ability to brainstorm and generate fresh content ideas consistently.
• Good visual sense (framing, lighting, composition) even when filming on mobile.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback.
• Ability to work quickly and deliver content under deadlines.
• Attention to detail and consistency in quality and brand tone.
