Job Description

Position: Sports Videographer

Location: New York/New Jersey – Summer Weekends + Winter/Spring On-Call

We are looking for dependable videographers who enjoy filming sports and want steady weekend work in the summer. Winter and spring positions are more on-call based. Most jobs require traveling 1–3 hours, and we pay minimum wage for travel time.

Requirements

Gear You Must Have Now: (Needed to film sports at the quality we require)

• Full-frame camera that shoots 4K 120fps (e.g., FX3, FX6, A7SIII, A1, A9III, R5C, R3, Z8, Z9)
• 70–200mm lens
• V90 SD card

Gear You Will Need Soon: (Not required on day one but must be willing to acquire over time; assistance with recommendations and financing may be provided)

• V-mount battery
• External monitor
• Laptop that can edit in DaVinci or Adobe
• 100+ Mbps WiFi
• Monopod or tripod with a fluid head

What You Will Do:

• Film games and tournaments (training provided)
• Edit simple clips on site (training provided)
• Upload footage the same day

We will teach you our workflow to ensure you can pick things up quickly.

Pay: $40–$60 per hour
